Daily Paper archived old collections in a carpet
The Amsterdam streetwear label Daily Paper found a solution for their textile surpluses. While moving from their old office to a new headquarters, boxes full of unusable items of clothing emerged.
In collaboration with Carpet of Life, Daily Paper has given the old, unsaleable clothing a new function. The two carpets are decoration of the new head office. Both rugs carry a piece of the brand identity. The first rug has the design of a Masai shield, the Daily Paper logo. The design of the second carpet is based on one of the prints from the first collections of Daily Paper.
